Transport and Deliveries

The packaging of each product has been meticulously designed to be protected and with indications for handling and transport. Our automated tracking system allows you to know the current status of your order in real time.
All orders have the default instruction on the delivery note to notify the recipient 1 day before delivery. You should therefore indicate your address and contact details as explicitly as possible in order to facilitate and coordinate the receipt of your order.
Deliveries are made at street level. We suggest that you make arrangements to receive them, especially if the order is of considerable volume and weight.
Many of the products in our catalogue are available in different formats, dimensions and sizes. NO standard in terms of palletisation. In other words, shipments are not sent by standard van means of parcels; shipments are sent by transport agencies that have the structure to handle various types and sizes of materials as well as vehicles of sizes classified as N2.
