Description

Exterior Solid Staple decking Vista

The technology of this outdoor decking model is of the composite type, integrating a 70% of wood and another 30% of pvc.

Recently, a range of products have come onto the market for application to this type of decking, most of which are water-based liquids whose function is to protect against aggressive stains. In addition, these waterproofing products for composite decking create a layer that can extend the life of the flooring by up to 25 years.

For the installation of outdoor decking on battens, autoclave-treated R4 pine battens or solid Composite battens made of the same material as the decking are suitable.

There are installers who prefer them in PVC for wet and coastal areas in particular.

In dry climates such as in and around Madrid, pine battens are optimal and the price per square metre for all materials is more economical.

  • Fixing Never screw directly onto the board. Only use the staples supplied in the kit and stainless steel screws.
  • Quantities/m2 1mt2 is 7,24ml of decking, an average of 3ml of batten and 20unds of staples are used.
  • Water: Cannot be submerged
  • WasteCalculate 5% for square or rectangular spaces and 8% or more for perimeters of other shapes.
  • Tools and Equipment: Conventional carpentry tools, drills, screwdrivers, hammer, rubber pot, levels and squares.

We offer the possibility of producing customised cuts other than the standard ones. Available for a minimum of 60mts2 and delivery times of 20 days.

Bespoke Colours

We offer the possibility of producing in a colour other than the standard colours. Limited to certain colours and shades, minimum orders of 100mts2 and delivery times of 20 days.

Special Transports

We offer the possibility of managing the delivery with trucks equipped with cranes up to 20mts high. Available only for the central area. Check availability and dates.

Maintenance and Cleaning

We have a maintenance and cleaning service. We apply our own stain removers and products to renew the colour. These products have only been used on our own decking. Available only for the central area. Check availability and dates.

Special Requests.

We offer the possibility of producing planters, planters and furniture using the planks of the decking or the planks of the finishing. Service limited to design feasibility and minimum quantities.

ORDER PREPARATION

We manage your orders and queue them immediately for preparation and delivery. There are various preparation times due to the fact that certain products are made to order. The packaging and packing of each product has been carefully designed to be protected and with indications for handling and transport.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERIES

All orders have the default instruction on the delivery note to notify the recipient 1 day before delivery. You should therefore indicate your address and contact details as explicitly as possible in order to facilitate and coordinate the receipt of your order.

Deliveries are made at street level. We suggest that you make arrangements to receive them, especially if the order is of considerable volume and weight.

Many of the products we have in our catalogue are presented in formats, dimensions and measures that are NOT standard in terms of palletisation. That is to say, the shipment is not made by standard parcel vans; shipments are made by transport agencies that have the structure to handle various types and sizes of materials as well as vehicles of sizes classified as N2.
