Instructions for use

How to work with the Pack of 2 x 4 litre cans of Polyurethane Varnish for water-based wood floors

Remove the contents of the container and wait for one or two minutes. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of varnish or wax residues. It is recommended to apply the product at a temperature between 5ºC and 35ºC, with a relative humidity lower than 70%. It can be applied by brush or roller.

For new wood: Sand in the direction of the grain and remove dust. Then apply a coat of Polyurethane Floor Varnish and allow to dry completely (6-8 hours). Sand lightly again and remove dust. Apply a second coat and, depending on the porosity of the wood, apply a third coat if necessary, always sanding between coats. It is recommended to test by first applying a small amount on an inconspicuous area to check the compatibility of the product with the surface to be treated.

For varnished wood: If the previous varnish has good adhesion, sand, remove dust and apply a coat of Polyurethane Floor Cleaner. If the varnish is in poor condition or poorly adhered, remove it completely and apply as if it were new wood.

Ready for application. If necessary, use low hardness drinking water.
