Deliveries are made at street level. We suggest that you make arrangements to receive them, especially if the order is of considerable volume and weight.

In other words, shipments are not sent by standard van means of parcels; shipments are sent by transport agencies that have the structure to handle various types and sizes of materials as well as vehicles of sizes classified as N2.
